Learn A Lot Child Care Center was established in 1997. Learn A Lot believes in caring for the whole child. (Social, emotional, intellectual, creatively, and physically) We also believe that supporting parents is equally important. We provide community resources to help relieve the obstacles that often hinder successful parenting. Our goal is to promote a community of caring people and build lifelong relationships with past and present families. To this day, over half of our business comes from satisfied families, who tell others about the wonderful staff at Learn A Lot.
Our Philosophy
Children learn best by actively involving themselves in activities using their sense of sight, touch, taste, smell and hearing. When given the opportunities to work “hands on” Child are able to explore, problem solve, learn and grow. While provided guided by mature responsible, and caring adults children are able to achieve their maximum potential, excelling, socially, emotionally, physically, cognitively and creatively..
When all of these needs are met and accompanied by a strong partnership between the parent, child and provider, children are empowered with high self-esteem, compassion, and empathy for others. Children will then flourish and become a successful contributor to human society.
Mission Statement
Our goal is to create an environment where children gain a healthy self-concept as well as develop a lifelong love for learning and problem solving through questioning, exploring, and experimenting.
